At Honey & Nuts we focus on offering properties that are unique with regard to architecture and/or location. The offerings we represent are often by well-known modernist and contemporary architects. We choose properties that are special in regard to style, views, nature, and development possibilities. We wish to represent and guide owners looking to sell their existing properties, as well as help buyers understand the market, while providing expertise to all who seek the honest truths of life in a place different from where we came. We seek to align with those who either have or seek special spaces and places. 

As professionals in fields related to real estate, legal contracts and architecture specifically, and as multi-lingual world travelers, we can assist those like minded folks who are yearning to escape and do a reverse migration to a happy and friendly place that still has a lot of challenges. There is not as much professionalism here in the tropics as you may have come to expect where you live. We are here to help with these transitions. Lastly, we are focused somewhat on properties in the Central Valley, where the majority of people live, do business, and seek entertainment, but will list or help find properties, and guide investments anywhere within CR.
