PROPERTY EXPERTS
Who are we?
Honey and Nuts is the partnership of a couple of property experts; a Costa Rican attorney and an expat architect from California. They have a combined 65 years of experience committed to assisting global clientele in their fields. The business is committed to providing boutique real estate listings, and other related services, to ease your investments and your transition into the “pura vida” life.
How are we different?
At Honey & Nuts we focus on offering properties that are unique with regard to architecture and/or location. The offerings we represent are often by well-known modernist and contemporary architects. We choose properties that are special in regard to style, views, nature, and development possibilities. We seek to align with those who either have or seek special spaces and places.

What can we do for you
As Honey and Nuts, we offer a range of real estate related services such as these:
Learn about local customs and culture
We offer a multitude of insights into the local market, with unique perspectives on both a variety of legal issues as well as on the local design and construction scene, that we believe will be helpful to anyone venturing into this territory. We also provide posts into why the
Central Valley should be considered versus beach localities, and give cultural highlights about the arts, gastronomy, and general design scene we like in the Big City and other places.
